I provide on-the-ground project management for my clients who are doing business with China & Vietnam. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, supply chain management, engineering, QC, product development, product design and even selling to China.
I charge a small upfront fee to review the project and create a strategy to achieve the client’s desired goals. Once the strategy is in place, an hourly fee or commission (5%) is applied to the value of goods or services I am managing on your behalf.
How do I keep my fees low? No fancy offices, slick marketing or large teams. I personally take the lead on each and every project. I am supported by a small but well-trained team of Chinese associates.
We service clients large and small. I am responsible to ensure the agreed product ships on time at the desired quality. I will find and manage the vendors in a transparent fashion. Clients are informed of all supply chain details such as vendor’s identity and pricing. Client is responsible for the costs of production, shipping and applicable duties into their destination market. I do not provide project finance and receive my commissions at pre-agreed project gates.

Our Basic Package assumes / requires that Industrial, Mechanical, and electrical designs and specifications are already completed.
We will take your existing design work and create:

Using the latest in SLA, CNC, 3D PRINTING we will create your proof-of-concept sample.
* DFM (DESIGNED FOR MANUFACTURING)
So that your product can efficiently move to the tooling stage
we can optimize CAD drawings which will be needed for mass
production–including material selection, tolerances, specifications, and assembly.
* TOOLING
Create / oversee creation of reliable tooling for mass production. Optimize tooling modifications and operation.
* QUALITY PLAN
Formal Documentation for assembly, packaging, testing and inspection requirements.

—Visual Overview and Timeline of key tasks and project gates.
PPAP (Pre-production Approval Process)
—This is a checklist that ensures the best chance of getting the order right on the first try.
PO MANAGEMENT (Purchase Order / Related Documents)
—Review of key bilingual documents such as Invoices, PO’s, Service Agreements and/or Contracts.
QUALITY REVIEW
—Bilingual Quality Manual created for the client and manufacturer that ensures all parties are clear on specifications, standards, assembly, inspection, and packaging requirements.
—Review and Adjustment of the factories Internal QC System (as allowed).
—Collection & Analysis of Factory’s QC Data from production.
—Organizing independent laboratory testing on samples and production parts.
PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
Ensuring product complies with all regulations and certifications for buyer’s home market (Example: UL for USA, CE for Euro-markets).
LIAISON WITH SECONDARY VENDORS
Such as Client appointed raw material providers, printing for packaging, manuals, labels, etc.
EXPORT LICENSING & CHINA CUSTOMS
Logistics support in the form of Documentation Review and coordination of shippers and brokers in China—and in the client’s home market.
