SERVICES AND FEE STRUCTURE
I provide on-the-ground project management for my clients who are doing business with China & Vietnam. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, supply chain management, engineering, QC, product development and even selling to China.
I charge a small upfront fee to review the project and create a strategy to achieve the client’s desired goals. Once the strategy is in place, a commission (between 3 and 10%) is applied to the value of goods or services I am managing on your behalf. The larger the project, the smaller the commission.
How do I keep my fees low? No fancy offices, slick marketing or large teams. I personally take the lead on each and every project. I am supported by a small but well-trained team of Chinese associates.
We service clients large and small. For each product line we would charge a few 1000 USD upfront for the strategic project planning, plus a small commission on the orders. I am responsible to ensure the agreed product ships on time at the desired quality. I will find and manage the vendors in a transparent fashion. Clients are informed of all supply chain details such as vendor’s identity and pricing. Client is responsible for the costs of production, shipping and applicable duties into their destination market. I do not provide project finance and receive my commissions at pre-agreed project gates.
